Reply from anastasia, Age 17 - 12/27/05 - IP#: 70.28.92.xxx eat every 3 hours - make sure it's vegetables and protein (fish/meat/eggs...). prepare veggies/fruits in advance and put them where its easiest to grab.drink at least 2 small bottles of water throughout the day. every day do at least an hour of walking (or biking/swimming/running - whatever works for you). plus 20-40 crunches and 10 pushups. avoid junk food and pop at all. good luck, happy new year...
