Ht. 5'8, Wt. 180 - Hey, i think i have gained my weight back, darn. My mom made a huge christmas dinner, it was so good! but my new years resolotion is to weigh 130-140 ish by this time next year, do you think i can do it?

You loose more weight if you weigh more the more you weigh the faster you will loose it because you have more to loose so because your aunt lost all of that it doesnt mean this girl will!

my moms aunt went there and she lost like 100 pound in 3 months..
soo yeah..
