Ht. 5'6, Wt. N:270 G:140 - HEY EVERYONE!!!! I haven't posted in a while but i've been reading and stuff and it seems like everyone is doing great :) but it's almost 2006!! time for a new turn around for some of us lol. Me and my diet buddy Krissy are going to do Dance Dance Revolution for exercise..alot of my friends have lost weight doing DDR and me and Krissy are going to try it with healthy eating and all that stuff. I have 2 weeks out of school and the first week is almost over, i've been doing pretty good with my eating habits, no losing or gaining but New Years Eve I am taking a before picture and so is Krissy, I think thats GOOD MOTIVATION when you look at that picture. So no matter what kind of plan you have to lose weight just stay motivated. And I hope everyone is meeting their goals. And BTW! since I have to have 3 meals a day, when school starts back, is a Chicken Sandwhich and Salad a healthy lunch? RESPOND PLEASE...love you guys! :)

The picture before and after idea is awesome! That is great motivation! A while ago I was going through some old pics of me a year ago and that was before I lost about 60 pounds. Anyway I lookd at it and was blown away how different I am now. It's great motivation b/c you say to yourself I will never go back!! Good luck:)
