Im Looking for a weight-loss buddy. Me my mom and Dr. have modified a eating and exercise plan for me- so I doubt it would be ok for anyone else- But im just looking for someone who can help encourage eachother and like email eachother everyday and have weekly weigh in's with eachother. -And also talk about our progress or just to vent about whats not going well. This now plan that I have, I REALLY feel confident about! If you are interested leave your email, cause I have a thing with not wanting to post my email on boards.
