Ht. 5'6, Wt. s:185 c:159.5 g:160 - OMG! Ok..i really have to post this..maybe it will make me feel better. I am eating ssooo much! And it is like total junk food. I got a big tin full of chocolate covered carmel popcorn and there is a ton of junk food in my house. I'm emotionally going crazy cuz i love food soo much and i don't know what to do. im terrified i'm going to gain all of the weight i've lost back. Someone please help me! I'm going crazy! I can't stop eating!! x*Celeste*x

ok.. think about what u just said. you really dont want to gain ur weight back. well if u want it that bad... throw the stuff away. u dont need it. think about how much u dont want that weight back, and how hard it was to lose it. u can do it
