Ht. 5'9, Wt. 170 - Ok..i dont know if i am overweight... because i do sports year round....in the summer i play soccer,bballcamps,swiming,running and much more then in the fall i play another league of soccer and i start bball then that goes untill march but thru that i dance year round(hip-hop) then i do track in the spring and soccer starts agian.. So i dont know if my weight is because of muscle or if its fat.. cause im really not that fat my friends say i look good. I still think i could loose weight but i do 200 crunches a day and 20 pushups.. what do you think, am i overweight or just muscular?
Please give me some feedback and tell me what i can do to loose some belly fat.

Could be muscle but it also could be fat depending on what kind of foods you eat. If you eat healthy then it's probably muscle weight.

it's probably a mixture of both fat and muscle... eating healthier will help reduce the fat, because it seems like you've got the exercise part down pat.

I think its just muscle...I dont know check on the bmi it also depends on what you eat xxxx
