Ht. 5'4, Wt. 145 - my new years resolution is to exersize 2 1/2 hours everyday. do you guys think running for 1 1/2 hours and biking for 1 hour is good? and how much weight do you guys think i would lose from that?

Yeah i agree wiv jenilea, that is totally overdoing it, you will make yourself ill if you do that everyday! Try about an hour per day!

dont ya think thats overdoing it a bit i mean 2 and a half hours EVERDAY is pretty steep i would stick to an hour or a an hour and a half max-don't over do it

Yes I think that, that is a good way to loose weight.

that sonds ry good butumigh find u get bored after a while so try changing ur exercise, but if u eat healthy with that u'll lose alot
