Ht. 5.5, Wt. ??? - Hi, could anyone tell me how many pounds i could expect to loose by june doing 50-60 or more cardio workouts everyday, and eating about 900-1000 calories per day? thanks luv Claire

we are from the UK and we were searching on the internet about healthy eating and a result on google was this website. we read your messages on this website and we think that your diet that you are going to do is slightly ridiculous!! you are a growing girl and 900-1000 calories isnt enough!!! you will be seriously ill and your body will not grow to its maximum if you stick to this diet. Each pound you weigh should be 10 calories each day eg is you are 275 pounds, eat 2,750 calories each day. Just excersize each day even if it's walking the dog... they all burn calories. Make sure you eat plenty of fruit and vegetables, they aren't that bad...we promise!!! cut out junk food as it has no nutritional value but still allow yourself the accasional treats!! think of it like this 80% should be good eating and 20% allow yourself a treat. also keep everything in moderation and eat slowly as your stomach tells your brain you are full more efficiently than just eating without thinking about what is in your mouth. i think u should do ur calories more 1000-1500 because if u dont have enough calories ur body thinks it's being starved and burns calories extra slow
