Ht. 5'3, Wt. --- - I know this is a repost, but I just want to make sure everyone gets a chance to read it...It is now 2006!!! A new year to change our lifes. To kick this off, I am starting THE WEEKLY CHALLENGE, right now!!! This week's challenge is for everyone to do cardio exercise AT LEAST 30 minutes, 5 times a week (I encourage you to do more). I hope this will be just an added boost for me, and everyone else, to stay committed to a healthy lifestyle. Ummm, I guess we'll see how it goes, but I'm planning on Sundays, everyone who achieved this goal will post, or something, and we'll start a new one for the next week. Good luck everyone!!!! So...who's interested in the Weekly Challenge? I'm just wondering if I am helping anyone else, or just wasting my time...be honest...

I'll join, why not. I already do 40 - 60 min of cardio a night anyway and burn 400 - 600 calories. Tonight I worked out for 70 min and burnt 700 calories. But anyway sure I'll join:) Sounds kinda fun
