Ht. 5'6, Wt. N:270 G:140 - I need a little advice..I am taking this weight loss in sections, 20 pounds by Feburary 1st and so on..I hope to have lost 100 to 110 pounds by December. By eating around 1500 cals a day and playing DDR (Dance Dance Revolution) 1 to 2 hours per day or more. Is this reasonable...because in the past when i've tried to lose weight I lost 11 pounds in one month..but then I quit sooo you guys help me out..cause this is my plan :)

that's a great way to do it my mom ( a weight watchers leader) says it's great to hae little goals along the way of ur weight loss

i love ddr to start with and its good that your doing this and i will help you through this if you help me bc i have to loose about 90 so were in almost the same boat!!!
