Ht. 5.5, Wt. ??? - How long would it take me to loose 20lbs doing 1 hour of cardio a day and eating 1000 calories everyday?

well my dad came he played basket ball with me and my friends for two days and when he left i went to the gym for about 2 hours and did lots of cardio work outs and i lost ten lbs in about 6-7/8 days so it doesnt take that long to lose weight if you want it real bad !some of you might hate me for saying that and think its harder than any thing to loose weight ,but ITS NOT!YOU GOT TO WANT IT SOOOOO BAD SO YOU WILL EAT RIGHT EXERSISE DAILY AND NOT GIVE UP!and not give up this is what i did to lose weight
1.my mom made good smothies that were good snacks when your hungry
(1 cut up banana,a small hanfull of strawberrys,fat free ice cream,and for some real flavor you can add some pineapples and cranberrys)
2.played basket ball daily for up to 3 days then i toped it off with the gym.
take my advice it works

first of all, you need to eat more. try to eat between 1300-1600 cals per day which would include 5 portions of fruit and vegetables! If you do that and the 1hr of cardio it should take you between 7-10 weeks to lose the 20lbs

hey, are u the same claire who added me to msn? and i think that you should aim to eat at least 1200 cals a day because eatin only 1000 is not very much especially if u are planning to do an hour of cardio but i think if u ate 1200 and did an hour of cardio u could lose about 1-2.5lbs a week!
