Ht. 5'2, Wt. start:195 now:188 - so i have put my story on here and i never check back, so this time i really am gonna check back and read your advice, i have been on weight watchers since either july or august and i have only lost 7 lbs i did get down to 9 lbs but then i gained, i dont really excersise because i really dont know what to do my back kills me when i do crunches or ne thing like that. and another think is that so much things have been happenin around home like my sis gettin pregnant. I do weight watchers with my mom, but i wanted to know if anyone knows any groups out there for teens, i have to start doin more things with people my age and i dont know what i should do, can anyone help?... i go to catholic school so the people i go to school with dont live remotley near me at all, any tips?

As your back hurts when you exercise just start off with walking as fast and far as you can DAILY, walk the dog, go to get your mum and dads daily newspaper, just little things like that could help. Eat healthy cut out all of the chips, french frys, chocolate, ice cream, pizza, burgers... u get the idea! try it for 2 weeks and i guarentee if you stick to it you will have lost a few pounds or more! well congrats on your weightloss. My back hurts alot when i do physical activity so i understand. Mabey you could go on that special K diet. I just readthat it was really good. Im not sure i can do it but i bet you could!! Good luck!

Well first off do you have any work out equiptment at your house like a treadmill?? My mom got me an XL - Glider (they are shown on tv all the time) anyway it was an extremly good price for a nice quality piece of equiptment THAT WORKS! It was only $90 dollers. It counts your cals, miles, speed, and time. Also change your diet. Don't eat to many sweets or high cal foods. Before I eat something that I'm not sure about I look at the nutrition facts. I allow myself to eat sweets like if my mom makes cookies I have a couple but don't pig out on them and fill up on them. I have some fruit or veggies if I'm still hungry. Dinner I norm have chicken or tuna. Very healthy for you and low in cals! hey! can u run?? it burns a lot of calories fast! the atkins diet worked for me but i quit that and went to counting calories! it works ive lost 8 lbs. & now weigh 185! So happy! keep on tryin! stick to it!
