Ht. 5'4, Wt. 150 - It's a new year now and I really want to lose my weight back off!! I've gained about 30 pounds from April til now and I want to lose it back off. This has been a very hard and confusing year for me, I was very depressed but I'm much better now. I'm hoping to get down to 130 lbs. by the end of March. Well I just wanted to post this, good luck everyone!!
