Ht. 5'8, Wt. 170ish - Hey everyone, how did I do today?? Breakfast : Bowl of oatmeal,a banana (150 cals) Lunch : about 10 small rice cakes (200 - 300 cals) Dinner : Sphagetti,salad w/ no salad dressing, a dinner roll (600 cals?)Snack : Banana bread Muffin (200 cals) I drank about 2 bottles of water today. I worked out for 70 min and burnt 725 cals, did 100 sit ups and 50 push ups. I know dinner wasen't the best but I only had a small portion and I didn't eat much all day. So how did I do?
