Ht. 5'4", Wt. 210? - Does this sound good? Breakfast: A small bowl of Weight Watchers cereal with non fat milk. Snack: A piece of fruit. Lunch: A slice of low fat 100% whole wheat bread(40cals), 1Tbs sugar free jam(10cals), a thing of fat free yogurt, and veggies if I'm still hungry. Snack: Veggies if I'm hungry. Dinner: A small piece of chicken breast(baked) and veggies. I'm also going to try to workout for at least 30 minutes. Does this sound good? This is my first(and last) go at losing weight(last because I'm not giving up this time) Wish me luck and any feedback would be appriciated. Thanks.

hey, i dont think you would be eating enough cals try to eat at least 1200 a day!
