Today I had rice crispie ceral for breakfast and for lunch a peanut butter sandwhich in PE we did 1-2-3-3-2-1 which is walk a min run a min walk a min run 2 minz walk 1 run 3 minz walk 1 run 2 walk 1 run 1 etc for 18 minutes and I dunno what we are having for dinner I might have something small untill then.

ricecrispie cereael is low and calories but has no nutrional benefit, i would eat something like puffins or kashi something with more fiber at least 2 grams and no more than 9grams of sugar ( i learned this from a nutrionist)
