Ht. 5'9, Wt. 200 - Its me again! Any ideas on a good work-out program i cant say i have that much time cause i have practice till 6 then i tutor till 7 or 7:30. But I am willing to devote at least 30 mins a night to it. Any ideas im clueless about stuff like this!

Reply from CW, Age 14 - 01/03/06 - IP#: 24.254.16.xxx well when i dont have a lot of time to exercise i run like 2 miles and walk a half a mile. that normally takes me around 30 minutes. or if u dont like running that much, run one mile and walk a little bit.
