Ht. 5 5, Wt. 135 - i havent been on this website in about a year but i want to give some encouragement to everyone trying to lose weight the healthy way. I went to a diet when i was in feburary of my 10th grade year and lost 30 pounds i used to weight 165 and i went on the lean cuisean and special k diet i ran in place for thirty minutes and did my lateral thigh trainer it really isnt that hard when u get use to eating right and working out you have to put your mind to it and when you really think about it when you eat that 5th candy bar your basically saying i wanna be fat and i dont care how i look just tell yourself that and you wont want to eat it thats what i did when temtation came good luck to all of you and have a happy and healthy new year

I have a question though, i hope it doesnt sound too personal, but what pant size are you now. I am the same height and i have the weight goal of 135. right now i'm 160 and i just want to see how much of a difference it will be. Thanks, and keep up the good work!
