Ht. 5'6, Wt. 140 - i went down 3 pounds but i think its a loss of muscle..i havent been running & i havent felt motivated at all even though track starts up next month!! :( i have been eating normally, nothing WAY too unhealthy besides a spluge on a lot of cookies, but that hasnt happened more than twice a month...during the summer it is easier for me to keep off the weight but in the winter i never have the energy...any ideas on how to stay focused?? plus, is it normal to have MAJOR cravings at night when you have eaten healthy allllll day?? it seems like ill do fine but i feel SO hungry at night & thats when i consume the most calories...also, many of my cali friends have became vegetarians & the only eat veggies throughout the day..they have lost quite a bit of weight but it happened all within the 1st two or three months...is that a healthy way to lose the weight?? to me it seems like that would make me binge even more from cravings, idk...gimme feedback!! i wanna lose like 10 pounds by the end of track season!

If they've gone vegetarian and they6 can't eat meat then they seriously need to eat more than just vegetables. there are plenty things that they can substitute into their diet in order to make it more healthy. They'd probably lose more weight if they became more healthy and had a more balanced diet.

i'm on a diff. comp- that's why my ip is different. anyways- no- just eating veggies is not good- but eating a lot of them instead of junk and simple carbs is great. you just need some protien in there. try getting soy protien shakes or something if you're going to do that. i wish i could stick to something so strict, but good luck!
