I'm eating a healthy breakfast like oatmeal (150 cals only) Lunch : fat free turkey on 35 cal per slice bread, (100 cals tops) dinner : Big salad w/ fat free dressing. (basically neg cals b/c of the lettuce)If I want a snack cause I'm hungry I don't starve myself I listen to my stomache and have some fruit or veggies. Yes I do slip up once in a while and have a cookie or two but I don't ever allow myself to pig out on them or fill up on them. I drink lots of water too, about 3 - 4 bottles a day. I work out on my xl - glider for over an hour a day. Then i do my 100 sit ups and 50 push ups. I went from 225 almost 230 pounds down to 170 pounds. That was 10 sizes for me. Good luck but email me if you want:)

Oops I ment I lost 7 pounds and I just re - started my diet about 4 days ago. Sorry bout that lol

I'd say at least a good 30+ pounds for sure, b/c working out for 90 min is a long long time. I work out 80 + min a day and lost 7 pounds and I just re- started or should I say am continuing my diet again and already lost about 6 pounds. So if you eat healthy and work out that much I'd say a good 30+ for sure!
