Ht. ??, Wt. ??? - Hey, i have a huge problem with binging! In a typical day i eat bf-breakfast cereal, snack-a bar of galaxy a bottle of iron brew and a choc freddo, lunch-packet of crisps, another galaxy bar, another bottle of iron brew and another 1 or 2 freddos, snack-yoghurt, choc biscuit, dinner- whatever my mum makes, snack- anyfing i can get my hands on i,e cakes, biscuits, cereal, crisps etc. i no i have a huge problem and eating that much chocolate everyday has actually made me addicted, it sounds silly but im sure i am i get huge cravings for it if i havent had any that day and i usually get a headache if i dont eat any at all in a day! i dont know what 2 do bcos everytime i try 2 eat healthily i just binge even more I NEED 2 LOSE WEIGHT though bcos ive gained nearly 20lbs in like 6 months! plz plz help me! x

well if you are craving something dont deprive yourself of it..that will just make you want it more and then you will break and eat more than if u ate some when u first started craving it. if you get a craving eat a very small amount of it..and if u eat more than u were planning to work off the extra cals..don't autommatically try to cut chocolate out of your life..little by little u can..and u dont have 2 cut it out completely n e wayz..oh and if u r craving something drink a glass of water and wait 10 min 2 see if the craving goes away...well thats my advice
