Just totally changing my diet and way of life. Becoming more active. I don't eat those little debbie cake snacks anymore,chips or fatt foods. No more steak and not to much beef. I eat mostly chicken, veggies, rice and fruits. Not to many starches like potatoes and such i dont eat much of that kind of stuff. I also work out daily taking a break like once or twice every two weeks, depending what i eat that day i decide how much i work out. Today in school we ran the mile and i finished and tonight when i came home from school i worked out for 80 min and burnt 800 cals. I did about 8 1/2 miles today. You only need 5 miles to loose weight so i did 3 1/2 miles more:)
