Reply from Elizabeth, Age 14 - 01/07/06 - IP#: 72.129.213.xxx My mom got me this Xl - Glider and it's like a full body work out in one. It works your legs,upper arms,thighs, butt and stomache/abs. So I go on that daily then another thing I did was in the summer before the snow came I rode my bike everywhere! I'd ride miles and miles a day so I lost weight that way too. Also I'd take walks with friends or my mom and we'd walk about a mile each time. So it all added up and helped out in the end. I'm gonna do a morning work out right now before I eat so my metabolism will speed up and burn more today. Then me and my friend might go for a walk.
