Ht. 5'9, Wt. 193 - I'm back muhahaha.. er well kinda... My b-day is the 18th so dont freak out when Megan 17 posts... its gonna be me lol... so ne how.. yeah like I aint been on a lot... hate the new biggest loser... or last weeks... Got an exercise bike and a weird thing kinda like an ab lounger .. dunno.. but been doin that for 2 days... I accidently gained a few weeks ago but now I fit into 13s again.... well school sucks been way behind since my mom had surgery... 2 friends died the 5th and my cousin might have hep. B... so like yeah lots of stress but I'm tryin to stick it out... tryin to go 6 miles a day on the bike.. I feel like I'm losin and everyone says I look great but I wanna look better than I do still... still 43 pounds to go... I know I can do it tho. just take time and patients... I dunno... ne comments? oh yeah and I drink water like a freakin elephant lol.. Talk to u all later.. nice catchin up with u lol

Reply from Megan To Krissy, Age 16 - 01/07/06 - IP#: 4.225.204.xxx Hey, secret lol... yeah I cut cals down to 1200 which might sound hard at 1st but it gets really easy... drink water like theres no tomorrow and take the long way... doing that I lost my 1st 20 pounds... last year I weighed 220 and I just started dieting back in Oct. so I've lost 27 pounds since then... but as your body gets used to 1200 cals u get stuck.. so what I did.. I dont know if this works for others but I ate around 1500 for a week then went back down to 1200 and I lost 7 more... now comes the fun exercise your butt off part. But, when you actually see a difference like in how your clothes fit.. or when people start asking if you're losing weight.. that makes it easier for exercise also.. push yourself to limits you didnt know you could go.. I ride the bike 2 miles then take a break but I just got done and I made up my mind before riding I was gonna ride 3 before a break... don't ever let yourself slide on your goals... no pain.. no gain. So yeah push yourself! ~ Megan

Reply from andrea, Age 14 - 01/07/06 - IP#: 24.167.17.xxx i started like a week ago and i was 165..i dont no how much i weigh now b cause the scale ran out of batteries..it gets easier after a few days and i can watch people eat my favorite foods right in front of me and i dont get hungry as much..i dont know if i really have a "secret" but i do drink alot of tea and eat alot of fruit:) ~andrea~
