Ht. 5'7ish, Wt. 207ish - If I do pilates then yoga the next day how much weight do you think I will lose. Along with 2 hours of exercise. Please respond

well ACTUALLY yoga builds lean muscle and the more muscle u have the more calories u burn so yoga is really helpful during weightloss. Since ive started mixing yoga with cardio the weight has practically fallen off! So yeh try yoga but make sure u mix it with cardio! Good luck.

pilates and yoga dont really help u lose weight but they give u a nice toned look
