Ht. 5'8, Wt. 170 - Hey everyone tomorrow I start my new diet. Breakfast I'll have a slim fast shake, lunch : Salad Dinner : Another shake. I found some old shake mix in the pantry that was never opened so i'll try it. It looks like it's still good. My mom said I shouldn't eat it but she doesn't like me dieting so idk if she means it or just idk lol. Anyway Slim fast is supposed to make you loose 3 - 5 pounds the first week and 1 -2 the following weeks. The powder for the shake tastes good still and since it was never opened im gonna try it out. Not that I really know much about this but isnt that like really low amount of calories cuz isnt 1 seving of slim fast 180 and then like salad is 200 so that only 560 calories right??

Can I just say that while Slim fast may work for making you lose weight initially, you are going to hit a plataue and it will prolly frustrate you. There is too much sugar in it for one thing and when you stop drinking it, you will gain the weight back unless you change the way you eat entirely.

It's the chocolate fudge kind. Should I eat it I mean it was never opened but i dk how old it is. the powder looks good to me and tastes ok.

Oh trust me I know about platos! I had my share of them!! I just got off of one that lasted like 2 months! I was between 175 - 180 now im 170. I lost 60 pounds now I'd know.
