Ht. 5'7, Wt. 165 - so how did i do 2day?..i didnt have breakfast b cause i woke up at 12:15 and for lunch i had a salad 4rm chickfila-175 cals snack: 55 goldfish-140 cal (i was so happy when i figured out goldfish were low in cals!)dinner: bowl of chili with a sprinkle of matzerella cheese on top and 5 crackers-id say about 300-350 cals and the for dessert i had a protein strawberry smoothie-200 cals

thank u!..i do drink water..i just dont post it..i have a dasani water bottle thats 1 liter that i fill up so i no how many liters i drink

Sounds like you're doing well... remeber to drink 2 litres of water a day and exercise for 1/2 hour to an hour!! Keep up the good work!! Good Luck
