Ht. 5'3, Wt. --- - This week's WEEKLY CHALLENGE is going to be to drink at least 8 cups of water SIX days. (I'm saying six, so you still have a chance if you mess up one day, but you should really try for all 7 days. Don't forget to continue to exercise. All these small things will add up to help you lose weight.
