I changed my full diet. I didn't eat anymore sweets like I had. Yes I still do slip up once in a while but my main thing is I don't allow myself to fill up on sweets. If I'm still hungry I have fruit or veggies. I don't eat potatoes that often, never have steak and very rarely have beef. I eat mostly chicken and once in a while tuna. I also changed to eating wheat bread that's 35 cal per slice. I don't eat other breads b/c of all the cals per slice. I have a lot more salads w/ fat free dressing also. My work outs I work out 30 + min a day. If you do a heart pumpin work out for 30 + min your metabolism will burn an extra 13 hours. It was prooven in this health mag my mom gets and it works for me. All this stuff has helped me loose weight the main thing is just eating the right foods and getting the proper amount of excercise daily. I work out everyday a week with sometimes one day I don't work out but that's just because I'm very busy like today I was taking down christmas decorations all day. But tomorrow I'll be back to working out again. Also I learned to say NO to sweets and other foods. For example my spanish teacher brought in brownies for the class and I said no thank you while everyone else had one. I asked myself am I hungry, is this healthy for me, do I need the cals and will this help me or set me back in loosing weight. I also look more at nutrition facts. It's kinda hard at first but if your really serious about dieting and loosing weight you have to follow the steps. Good luck!!
