Ht. 5'6, Wt. N:270 G:140 - WELL...I go back to school tommorow :( (back to prison lol) anyways I have to get a plan going..i'm thinking of waking up early to do DDR for 45 minutes every morning, then (shower ofcourse lol)..then chosing breakfast will be a little hard because my choices are limited we have frosted flakes as the cereal. But I was thinking 1 scrambled egg using PAM and not grease one piece of toast with a little margerine(sp?) and one small sausage patty, and as soon as my family goes grocery shopping again i'll get some Honey nut Cherrios, Granola bars and Yogurts. And lunch can only be a Chicken Sandwhich with a small salad and a carton of milk..sound good? and dinner, anything I make just really small, i'll be drinking water from the fountain throughout the day..does this sound good. And when I get home i'll ride my stationary bike for 30 minutes, jumprope for 15 and play DDR for an hour or longer..TELL ME HOW THIS SOUNDS..any suggestions for changes are appreciated..what else could I buy etc..thanks :)

That sounds good..and if you get hungry have fruit or veggies coz some vegies are negative cals so u feel fed but it burnes more calories eating them than they actualy contain! gOOD lUCK!!

i think that sounds good except i would go withput the sausage patty unless it's soy
