Ht. 5'8, Wt. 160 - Ok everyone, here is what I ate today..tell me if it sounds good. Breakfast: 1 serving of Kashi Cereal with a little skim milk(250 calories) Snack:an apple(60 calories) Lunch: Veggie sandwich on whole wheat bread with mustard(170 calories) Dinner: Bowl of low-fat vegetable soup and 4 big whole wheat cracker things that are high fiber(300 calories) I drank tones of water and some diet cranberry pop. How did I do?

actually tthe kashis only 160 cals with skim milk unless u had more
