Ht. 5'5'', Wt. 143 - Hi everyone..I am starting my "help" to day. I like to call it that because a diet does not make me feel so hot. After eight years of beingmade fun of I am ready to be fit and slim. My reulstion is to be able to finish the mile in less than fiveteen minutes by May. I have never been here before so this is odd. Sorry. If anyone can suggest any helpful ideas I would be grateful. I am trying to find yoga tapes to start and tonight I am going to use my Dance Revolution game for one hour or more. My mother said that is excersizing((sp?)) but you are having fun...I guess with out her I would not be anywhere right now...Thanks for listening everyone and I will update later..Bye.

yeh dance revolution is a very addicting game and its good for exercising too. i also suggest a pilates tape they are really great for toning up too. juss watch what u eat and u'll be finished in no time. u can do it!!! :)
