Ht. 5'1, Wt. Don't wanna say... - Alrightyy... Here iz my problem.. I think I do okay UNTILL I come home from school. I usally be lazy and sit on the computer all night and I usally eat junk and buy junk after school and I can't help it. I'm usally bored and nuttin to do so I sit on the comp and eat or watch TV and eat cauze I have nuttin else to do. It'z been rainy and all shiittyyy out and so I have been making the most of what I exercise at school and doin two hundred jumping jacks everynight at home. I'm going to wake up an hour earlier tomorrow and try and get some exercise in b4 I eat breakfast then at my normal time I'll eat some ceral or something and my lunch will be the same a peanut butter sandwhich and an apple an a bottle of water..how doez that sound? I really wanna get down to 120 I'm thinking of posting a full body pic of myself and then when I loose the weight I want to I will put up an after pic. My first goal was 90 lbs and everybody told me that was too low for my age and other stuff so I'm goin for 120 and if I am chooseing to loose more I'll go down to 100. That's as low as I'm going to go. I plan to work hard in PE and work hard in the mornings too. Will it help you any by exerciseing b4 you eat breakfast. Also I usally drink 2-3 8 ounce bottle of water a day should I drink more or iz it enough.... Good luck everybody...
Reply from steph, Age 15 - 01/10/06 - IP#: 24.70.95.xxx Theres no magical answer to stop wanting to eat junk food while on the computer or while watching TV, it takes Self-Control. self-control is the most important thing about breaking your bad eating habbits. So next time you find yourself going to the fridge/ pantry to get something to eat (something you know you shouldn't) fill up a water bottle with water and drink that. or down 2 glasses of water, take a deep breath and ask yourself, do you really want it? also, when you are having dinner. eat slowly and never in front of the TV. savor each bite... be aware of what you are eating, so your brain realises that you are actually eating. so it should fill you up quicker.
