Ht. 5'1, Wt. Don't wanna say... - Heyz. Today I ate a bowl of corn flakes for breakfast a peanut butter sandwhich, apple and a bottle of water for dinner I had chicken noodles or as known top ramen. In PE I did 20 minutes of badmittin or w/e. I also did 30 minutes of abdominals work out thing and 20 minutes of upper boder it was all on this dvd. Their iz abdominals, upper body, lower body,total body toner on there...so how did I do today??

You didn't consume that many calories today, but you should add some healthier things into the mix! Those top ramens have a lot of sodium in it, which retains water and keeps you bloated. But you did very good working out:)! GOOD LUCK!
