Ht. 5'4", Wt. S:208 N:205.4 G:145 - Okay, I think I'm over my problem of thinking I'm not losing. I decided to only weigh myself once a week and when I weighed in this week after laying off of jumping on the scale a few times a day, I actually lost weight. I'm down to 205.4 from 208 in just my first week. It's so nice to know that I'm losing and I'm actually doing it right(mostly) I have a long way to go, but the hardest part was the first week. I am now on day 9 and I'm feeling awesome. I even have people at school calling me beautiful. It must be the self confidence. If I can do this, anyone on here can, just believe in yourself, don't give up, and get pass the first week and you'll be fine. :) Have a nice day everyone!

What I'm doing is pretty much just eating healthy. I dropped a lot of the stuff that I used to eat/drink. I haven't had a soda in about 5 days, which was pretty hard for me since I drank so much in a day, but now it's fine. I drink lots of water or tea now. For breakfast I'll have either a small bowl of Weight Watchers cereal with fat free milk or a hard boiled egg with either a rice cake(45 cals) or a piece of low fat bread(45cals). Then for lunch, I'm at school, so I'll either have some steamed veggies and a piece of fruit or a turkey breast sandwich on whole wheat bread(no cheese or mayo). Then for dinner, I usually have a chicken breast with lots of veggies or a yogurt. If I get hungry throughout the day, I'll have a piece of fruit, veggie, yogurt(fat free), or a rice cake. Also, I found the perfect thing to control my chocolate cravings. Some of those sugar free carmel/chocolate swirl hard candies, just 9 calories each. I haven't been working out just yet, since I'm so busy, but I do plan to. Losing weight is easy if you can just get through the first week and get past all of those cravings. Then, your new "diet" will be natural and you'll be so used to eating healthy, you won't want to stop. As I said, just don't give up and you'll do fine. Good luck.
