Ht. 5'2, Wt. 205 - Hey everyone!! How are you all doing? I was wondering if anyone knew the maximum amount of weight I could lose in a couple of weeks? I have this thing coming up and I need to know how much I can lose before it. I walk a lot at school and I have been excersising when I get home, plus we do a lot of excersising and running in gym. Does anyone have any ideas on what I should eat? I really need to lose some weight for this thing that is coming up. I am around 205 pounds..does anyone have any suggestions? Please reply!!

I lost 9 pounds in 2 weeks.. it depends how much you cut back your calorie intake. Stay away from the carbs, like breads and pasta. Eat lots of veggies and salad (there are soo many toppings with not that many calories that make salad taste awesome) and eat 6 ounces of meat a day. Good luck!

You can lose 2 lbs a week if you eat 400-500 calorie meals.
You can probably lose more if you jog everyday for a half an hour or so. (run/walk if you need to)
