Reply from steph, Age 15 - 01/12/06 - IP#: 24.70.95.xxx fruit and veggies are absolutely great. if your looking for something else though, you can have rice cakes which are delicious and low in cals. also low cal jello is awesome. a couple of egg whites (beaten until frothy then cooked in a non-stick fry pan without butter or oil ) on a piece of toast are low cal and filling (but make sure you don't use butter or margarine on the toast. in fact you should try to cut out butter, margarine etc.) Salsa is awesome aswell. Instead of having it with chips, you can have it with celery or with Joseph's low carb high protein pita bread. Each pita has 60 cal, 7 grams of protein and 5 grams of fiber. there might be A similar thing in your supermarket. Meal sizes should also be reduced. here is a guide line for appropriate serving sizes The right portion ... Reply from andrea, Age 14 - 01/11/06 - IP#: 24.167.17.xxx well go for the baked chips..like i eat 11 baked lays everday after school for a snack and its only 110 cals oh and goldfish is 55 of them for 140 cals!..baked cheetos aren't bad either..and those new 100 cal packs can really help u!
