Ht. 5'7, Wt. start:165 now:155 - so 2day 4 breakfast id say i had about 300 cals(really bad)..i burned some of that off in softball b4 lunch..and then 4 lunch i had what i always had..a half of pb&j sandwich with barely any of the pb&j..and 11 baked lays(110 cals) oh and grapes..4 dinner it was really bad i had like 500 cals!..so i did over 1000 jumping jacks, 200 crunches, 100 situps, 50 pushups, 100 backwards situps, and 30 squat jumps..i needed 2 make up a little for tha extra cals

no i dont..i just got realy excited when i lost 10 lbs..i usually dont work out that much..its ok that u asked me that though..ur just concerned

well for one you arent eating enough and you beleive your eating too much and therefore trying to exert her body by doing too much exercise.So yea, im sorry but you do have the mental state of someone who is or may become anorexic- eating not enough exercsing too much believing she has eaten too much and therefore needs to burn off the calories the body needs so yea
