Ht. 5'9, Wt. 193 - Hey sorry have to be all happy and tell everyone bout my happenings today... I rode the bike for 6 miles at 11-13 mph.. no breaks when I usually take 3.... then I jumped off of it and went straight to the easy shaper and did 600 leg presses no breaks on high resistance.. when I usually take 4 breaks ^_^ so happy lol.. sorries... keep it up everyone good luck .. press on cause one day.. you'll be a thin person and think back on this... and how you are so proud for pushin yourselves...

good for you! Just remember don't push yourself too hard. You don't want to hurt yourself and be laid up and gain weight lol :P
