Ht. 5'8, Wt. 200 - I am so fat and I am sick and tired of it. During the summer I am going to lose weight but is there anyhting I can do ahead of time and please tell me stuff like: what if I dont have any machinary? what if its a rainy day? what if its a nice day? Do not let food be the main factor in your life, just eat when you need neccessary and make sure its healthy. For exercise the best way I think to lose weight is doing 1 hour of Cardio a day, I do it on a treadmill. You have to do it everyday and eat right. You also need lots of patience because you wont notice a big change in appearance for maybe 3 or 4 months. When I began my diet, I exercised everyday for 1 hour and only notice some fat loss off my back in the first 2 months. Now about 4 months later I lost about 42 pounds and my friends are telling me I look much better. Takes time, Dont expect to look much different after 1 week, just keep at it and it will pay off in a few months and keep going until your satisfied.
