Ht. 5'6'', Wt. 193 - Hey- I was wondering if this is a good idea and if it would help me to lose 15 pounds a month
Breakfast- bagel or cereal
Lunch- turkey sandwich, yogert, granola bar (maybe some chips), and diet coke
Dinner- whatever Dad or Mom wants, NO fast food (except Subway), or a sandwich or soup
Excersize- 2 miles a day on treadmill and 100 situps
Please reply asap i would really like to be a size 3-5 by August if it is possible, healthy , and if I could keep the weight off. Right now I am a size 13-15. REALLY FAT huh? I know, thats why I need to lose this weight. PLEASE HELP!
