Does this meal plan sound Ok for me to lose weight this way?
Breakfast|-|Oatmeal
Lunch|-|skinless chicken breast with salad or veg on the side
Snack|-| Cucumber or tomatoe with italian or vinegrette
Dinner|-|bacon and eggs. So anyone who knows about losing weight by not eating so many carbs, please help me out! Thanks in advance!
