Ht. 5'2, Wt. 205 - Hey everyone!! How are you all doing on your diets? I was wondering what some good excersises are to do when it is raining and when it is sunny? Should I jog, walk, swim, stretch..? What? Is stretching a good excersise? We stretch in PE at school but I don't know if it can help me lose weight or just help my muscles..which I really don't need any muscles until I lose weight..does anyone know what I should eat? I don't eat salads and I am very picky about what I eat..I have been drinking a lot of water lately and I just don't know what to eat..if I don't eat a lot of what I like then I get hungry and eat more..any suggestions?

I think that if you go to a local gym or workout in the pool, since ur already wet, should b alright, but you should still exersize even if it is raining... good luck!
