Ht. 5ft 5in, Wt. 155 - Hey evryone. I've finally figured out how to let go of the food that is unhealthy for you. *Remeber, this may not work for you* I finally decided to nix nearly all of the unhealthy fodd that I used to eat. I happened to watch the documentary Supersize Me one day, and I now say no to ALL fast food (McD's, TacoBell, BurgerKing, etc.) If I eat out, I eat as healthy as possible (Like a chef saldad with olive oil and a whole wheat roll) Even at school. I go to a private school so we have yougurt, fruit, side salads, stuff like that available EVERY day. I make sure to eat one of those with my lunch. And also, I eat only untill I'm satisfied. If I'm eating out, I put my napkin on my plate when I'm done to stop myself from eating any more. I make sure to eat a snack inbetween meals, and nothing after dinner. I've let go of the chips, the pop-tarts, anything that won't help my body. I do however, indulge in a sweet every so often. I used to eats sweets every day. Now, I indulge in sweets maybe once every week. I've lost most of my appetite for unhealthy foods, and my favorite, chocolate because I've finally realized that I'm the only one who can make a change in my eating habits, no matter what my friends are eating, and no matter what my family is eating. I know that I can do this, and it's why I'm doing it and doing it well. BTW, I haven't eaten chocolate for two whole weeks, and I don't miss it. April that is so not true. Food from Mcondalds is full of calories from fat which is the worst thing. A big mac has 600 calories but it also has 350 calories from fat which are bad. A sub from like subway may also have 600 calories but it has around only 50 calories of fat.
So if you eat fast food and exercise I doubt you will lose any weight, probably just maintain it.

High fat foods aren't unhealthy, only foods high in calories...did you know whole wheat / whole grains tend to have more calories (not always!!!!!!) There's no such thing as BAD FOOD!! Fast food isn't bad for you...you can freakin live at McDonald's and lose weight on burgers and fries...you would just have to make sure you burned more calories than you ate!

hey..we r the same weight..want 2 be my diet buddy?..ive already lost 10 lbs..so i used 2 way 165..and i have 2 live around unhealthy foods!..but i go for the healthy stuff..oh yeah i lost my 10lbs in 2 weeks!..im hoping 2 break the 140s in less than 2 weeks!
