Ht. 5'4", Wt. S:208 N:201.8 G:145 - I just did my weekly weigh in and I lost 3.6lbs this last week, for a total of 6.2lbs lost all together. I'm so happy, just thought I'd share it with you all.

For breakfast I would have either a small bowl of cereal(healthy kind, not sugary) with fat free milk or a boiled egg and a fat free yogurt. For lunch I would have a turkey breast sandwich on whole wheat bread with veggies, no cheese or mayo or instead of the sandwich I might have a yogurt and some steamed veggies and a piece of fruit, something like that. Then for dinner I would have chicken breast and lots of veggies. If I got hungry durring the day, I would have some yogurt or fruit/veggie. I drink lots of water through out the day and very little if any soda(diet). I don't work out much, lately it's been about 1-2 times a week because I've been so busy. I just walk around/jog. That's pretty much all I've been doing. Hope it helped. Good Luck.
