Ht. 5'5, Wt. 155 - I don't look that big. but i feel it.. especially in my cheerleading uniforms..and all my friends are little bitty.. i get extremely depressed about my weight sometimes..although i hvae a lot of muscle, my stomach is pure fat.. i've been doing the special k diet and it doesn't seem to be working.. anyone know a good diet/exercise plant hat will let me lose weight fast?

A good diet is weight watchers. Its about points. If u weigh up to 160lbs then u have 20 points for a day.U might need to buy the calorie and fat counter for the points at a weight watchers thing but it works and you can by the smartones tv dinners that have the points on them also lean cuisine.This diet really works, but if u just want some good exercise tips u can jump rope that burns a lot of calories at least 3 min. but take breaks in b/w.,running,crunches but u have to at least do cardio for at least m45 min and then work with ur midsection winsor pilates is good and taebo

The best diet is exercise. The special K diet might lose you six pounds in two weeks, but it also depends on the dinner you eat (( portion size problems?? )) Also...the special K diet will only turn unused muscle into fat which weighs less. You may weigh less, but you will look heavier. The only thing you can do is try to get the will power to work out. Believe me, I know what you are going through- I try to get the motivation to work out and I may do it for a day or two but then I stop. Just keep up the willpower and confidence- you can do it! <3 Char
