Ht. 5, 5, Wt. - - Guys, I have a really terrible problem at binge eating sweets (mostly cookies). I do it probably once every two weeks but, when I do it's horrible and I feel horrible. I keep looking and trying for ways to avoid it but I always seem to binge. Does anyone else have this problem? Ugh.

But honestly...if your beating yourself up over bingeing and each time you slowwly gain some weight...then this would be a good idea to do. I did it this summer on my vacation. It was the perfect time because there was a buffet at every meal so I was not going to be deprived of any food. By the end of the week I actuilly wanted fruit. Not because I felt gross, but I missed it! And I havent binged since. Sure...I overeat time to time. Like going out to eat or x-mas. BUT its nothing compared to what I used to do.

What I did was for one week, I let myself eat anything I wanted. (Pick a week where your not doing much, like dances, parties, ect). I pretty much binged for 7 days straight. After the 3rd day I was sick of cookies and junk. After that week I never binged again because I didn't even care for the food. I didnt weigh myself after I did this. You usually gain about 3-4 lbs. HOWEVER, you can loose that in a week and you wont binge again! If your desperate, give it a try.
