And shockingly its working. Okay. Everyday when my mom gets off work, we go walking for an hour. I eat more fruits and vegatables. What my doctor says "Its not a diet, Its eating smart and exersizing more." This plan has to be permante, if its not, the fat will come back. My advice: DONT GO ON ONE OF THOSE CRAZY CRASH DIETS!! THEY ARE SOOOOOOO BADDDDDDDD!! Start slow..you'll see more improvements!! Good luck.
