Ht. 5'6 , Wt. 220 - Hi,I was reading the post where you wrote that you have lost 67 pounds so far and you were on the slimfast diet,will you please share your diet plan (what you Eat) and the exercises that you do? Did you lose all the weight on the slimfast diet?? any info would be Helpful,i asked my doctor and he said that it would be ok if i started the diet!!!! congratulations on your weight loss!!!!
