Ht. 5'8, Wt. 175 - HEY GUYS GUESS WHAT !!!!!!!!! I JUST WENT TO MY WEIGHT WATCHERS MEETING ON TUES. and i lose 5 pounds !! WHEEEEEEI FINALY HIT MY FIRST GOAL !!! Two months ago i was 191 poundsa nd now im down to 75 and down two sizes in pants whoooo go me!! Lol guys don't ever give up and keep up the great work ! *Nothing tastes as good as thin feels*

WEll joanna age 15, another thing that will realy help you with your weight loss is that you can stop eating after 6 and start tryin to get in moderate excersise 3 times a week. A 20 minute wal will do you well. It will also help you to stop cravin those foods that arent so healthy for you. If you need more help feel free to e-mail me at xbabiiblu6two3x@aol.com

hey simone... i have been doin ww for about 6 months... well i am not dedicated at ALL.. i have only lost maybe 7lbs :( and its real hard to keep track of pionts and i cant do the croe plan any advice?
